Display your flag sign proudly at home during Memorial Day, Flag Day, or Independence Day—or showcase it year-round in the window of your business as a symbol of patriotism and community spirit.

Even better, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Legion, helping support those who have served our country.

Casting with Cops Brings Community Together for a Great Day on the Water

The City of Millington extends a heartfelt thank you to the many residents, families, and young anglers who joined us for this year’s Casting with Cops event on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

This special event was made possible through the dedication and teamwork of our community partners, including the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA), the Millington Police Department, the Millington Fire Department, and the Millington Parks & Recreation team. Their commitment to creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment helped make the day a memorable experience for everyone who attended.

We would also like to offer special recognition to Millington Police Department Sergeant Tim Russell for his outstanding leadership and the countless hours he devoted to coordinating this year’s event. His efforts played a key role in its success.

Events like Casting with Cops showcase the best of Millington by bringing families, public safety professionals, and community partners together in meaningful ways. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and supported this wonderful tradition. We look forward to seeing you at next year’s event! 🎣
